When you send a chat, WhatsApp message or email to Embrosa, you'll probably get a reply from our lovely Louwise. On working days, she aims to respond to you within 1 hour. She's not really a fan of phone calls, so when you give us a ring, expect Gladys, Susanne or Connie to pick up.

Meet Connie, our numbers whiz who takes care of our books and is always ready to help out. She's a multilingual pro, chatty in English, Dutch, French, and German. If you give us ring, Connie might pick up the phone. She'll connect you with the right Embrosian who can assist you.

The one in charge of your campaign
Meet the woman who runs all our campaigns and takes care of operational matters. She's always ready to lend a hand. If Gladys or Louwise aren't around, she might give you a call, shoot you an email, or message you. She's like our #1 detective when it comes to solving Meta-connection issues. Once she starts working on a problem, she won't stop until we figure out what our next step should be.
