We provide online and offline communication solutions and offer useful tools such as an image bank and various apps like Bakkersbrein and Embrosa to support them on the shop floor.
With the Embrosa app, bakers can ensure optimal visibility on social media even if they have limited time. Many bakers have little experience with online marketing and find it challenging to navigate their way through Facebook and Instagram for their business.
Our initial efforts to help them with social media training were not successful. We then created a central content system. We posted content on our Facebook page, which the bakers then shared on their own pages. However, this strategy also proved ineffective. The shared content was identical for every baker, and its lack of authenticity did not resonate with customers.
We reached out to Embrosa through a communications agency and it turned out to be the perfect solution. The Embrosa App inspires bakers with content ideas for social media and assists in managing their social media planning, ultimately boosting their online visibility.

If I had to name something that could be even better, It's a bit of a challenge for us that the Embrosa website is mainly in English, while the app and support are fully available in Dutch. Additionally, we aim to further improve Embrosa by assisting bakers in understanding personalizing campaigns.
