Bring Marketing from HQ to the Local Level

Brands spend millions building beautiful campaigns. Then those campaigns die one storefront away from the customer. Here's the part of the marketing supply chain nobody names.

Every brand with a network of independent sellers runs into the same wall. It doesn't matter whether you sell wine, eyewear, bread, or sportswear, or whether you're trying to win votes. The marketing budget, team, and strategy are all created at headquarters. But the actual relationship with the customer or voter happens somewhere else entirely: at a counter, in a shop window, or during a conversation with someone who knows the neighborhood by name.

The problem lies in the last mile: the short, expensive, unglamorous stretch between a warehouse and the end consumer. Yet almost no one is solving marketing's last-mile problem.

Where millions of euros go to die

A brand creates a gorgeous campaign. Great photography, sharp copy, a real POV (Boomers: Point of View). Then it hands that campaign to hundreds of independent resellers and hopes it gains traction locally. Usually, it doesn't, because the people running those local businesses are busy running their businesses.

An optician is fitting frames and explaining progressive lenses, not writing captions. A baker is proofing dough at 4 a.m., not scheduling Instagram posts. Nobody signed up to become a part-time social media manager, and even if they wanted to, nobody has the time.

So the budget stalls just one storefront away from the customer it was meant to reach.

How Embrosa bridges the last-mile gap

That's the problem Embrosa exists to solve. We give brands one home for their content, then personalize it at scale for every reseller in their network. We schedule it automatically, while resellers always have the final say: they can approve or decline anything before it goes live. We also run geo-targeted local ads under each reseller's name, reaching their actual neighborhood and customers.

We do this across a strange and wonderful mix of industries: wine merchants, eyewear, sportswear, bakers, food specialists, clothing stores, construction firms, and even political parties. Different products, identical problem. Marketing power sits at HQ, but marketing has to happen locally.

OptiSwiss is determined to bridge the gap

In 2024, Priscille and Melanie met by chance at SILMO, the international eyewear trade show in Paris. Priscille is Customer Success Manager at OptiSwiss, a Swiss lens manufacturer with clients across Europe. A year later, again at SILMO, Melanie and Priscille sat down to work through the remaining questions about a collaboration. OptiSwiss began testing Embrosa in the fall of 2025.

Now, Priscille's vision for a meaningful marketing program built for independent opticians is fully live on Embrosa, and it is stealing the spotlight at SILMO 2026.

Priscille didn't simply adopt Embrosa. First and foremost, she built a marketing program: SEEN by OptiSwiss. Embrosa enables her to distribute that program at scale to the opticians she serves. Her customers.

Why this one matters to us

We work with many brands. What makes OptiSwiss stand out isn't the industry; it's the intention behind the program Priscille created. She didn't build SEEN simply to check a marketing innovation box. She built it because she was frustrated on behalf of the opticians in her network and determined enough to spend two years turning that frustration into something they could actually use.

That's the kind of partner we look for: brands that want their resellers to win, not just brands that want a dashboard to point to. With the commitment Priscille has shown, last-mile marketing stops being a weak point and becomes a competitive advantage.

If you're a brand looking in from the outside

If your local partners struggle to show up online while your marketing team builds campaigns that never quite reach their neighborhoods, you have a last-mile marketing problem. And Embrosa can solve it.
